Return and Exchange Policy

*Orders are delivered sealed. (If you would like to try the product before purchasing, you can try it at our branch (Maadi Degla s233 b13).
* You are welcome to visit our store to try any fragrance.
* If you receive incorrect/defective products, please feel free to contact us; we will take care of the rest.
* All products are subject to exchange and return, except perfumes.

 

Exchange or Return Steps

Contact us via Instagram or WhatsApp to request an exchange or return within 24 hours of receiving your order.
In the event of an exchange, we will send a courier to pick up your item. When it arrives from the shipping company, we will carefully inspect it to ensure it is still unused. We will then send you an exchange with another courier within 5 business days.
In the event of a return, we will send a courier to pick up your item. When it arrives from the shipping company, we will carefully inspect it to ensure it is still unused. We will then send you the amount using the same payment method used when ordering within 5 days.

* يتم تسليم الطلبات مغلقة. (إذا رغبتم في تجربة المنتج قبل الشراء، يمكنكم تجربته فى فرعنا

* إذا استلمت منتجات خاطئة/معيبة، فلا تتردد في الاتصال بنا ؛ وسنتولى الباقي.
* جميع المنتجات قابله للاستبدال والاسترجاع، باستثناء العطور.

خطوات التبادل  او الارجاع

 تواصل معنا من خلال انستجرام او واتساب لطلب التبادل او الارجاع خلال ٢٤ ساعه من استلامك لطلبك 
فى حال التبادل سنرسل لك ساعى لالتقاط العنصر الذى لديك وعندما يصلنا من شركه الشحن سنفحصه جيدا للتحقق من حالته وانه مازال غير مستخدم ومن ثم سنرسل لك التبادل مع ساعى اخر خلال ٥ ايام عمل .
فى حال الارجاع سنرسل لك ساعى لالتقاط العنصر الذى لديك وعندما يصلنا من شركه الشحن سنفحصه جيدا للتحقق من حالته وانه مازال غير مستخدم ومن ثم سنرسل لك المبلغ بنفس طريقه الدفع المستخدمه عند الطلب  خلال ٥ ايام
